Custom Packaging Project: Tasting Kits

Keeper's Heart is a distillery local here in Minnesota. It's an American-made whiskey, getting ready to release their flagship product. This custom magnetic box, or magbox, is customized for their top shelf customers. The foam is crafted to hold the bottles safely and securely, and in a particular order. This is presentation packaging of the highest order. Everyone who opens this package will be immediately introduced to both the distillery and their product. We see it as a chance for the distillery to guide customers from taste to taste.

We worked with Keeper's Heart to develop the content for inside the box, which walks them through a tasting in their own home. Topped off with their logo in black, these tasting kits convey a sense of what it might be like to visit the distillery.

Designing Tasting Kits At-Home

Tasting kits for consumption at home aren't a new concept. But it's definitely something that's becoming more popular. 

In addition to working with distilleries, we design packaging for vineyards and beers, as well as top shelf spirits. Liquor packaging is an interesting beast.
