Collaborative High End Boxes

High end boxes are a highly collaborative process with our customers. What might be appropriate shifts from industry to industry, and product to product. While there are some elements that are consistent, other aspects will vary widely. 

But of the elements that are persistent, our recent collaboration with Toyota on a series of employee recognition boxes are great examples. These boxes utilize classic design elements with minimalist features. Plus, they have a great purpose. They hold the itineraries for employees who earned a corporate travel reward!

We’ve written before on the incredible incentive that is employee recognition in any form. But travel is really a next-level reward. Cash is too easily spent on non-reward items (paying bills or paying down debt, for example). Not everyone needs a new watch or a golf bag. But travel is an experience, a bank of memories, and creates a well of goodwill. 

So designing these high end boxes for Toyota’s employees was something that not only made us feel great, but something that really made us want to create something special to enhance every aspect of this recognition program. Wrapped in black senzo paper with a gold foil stamp, every inch of these boxes feel luxurious. The simple design is classic and timeless, ensuring that these boxes will still be usable and desirable long after the trip ends. 

Some customers have expressed concerns about obtaining the materials for luxury boxes like these. And all we can really say is this: it depends. Timeline, budget, and other considerations have always been factors in projects, and this is just one more thing.

Overall, we don’t feel that there’s been a huge impact in our ability to deliver quality and quantity of our products.
