Question: Ok, do you have a stocking program?
Answer: Yes! We manufacture and stock a variety of products.

Question: Can I customize a stock product?
Answer: Absolutely! Whether you wish to add your artwork to the product, change the product color, add foil-stamping, change the size, or make some other change, we can help!

Question: What is a typical lead-time for custom products?
Answer: Once all customer-supplied materials are on-site, a good rule-of-thumb for manufacture-to-ship time is 2 weeks. It may be less for simpler products, or longer if exotic, long-lead-time materials (e.g., “football-grained imitation leather”) are used.

Question: What is the typical turn-around time for stock orders? Do you really stock, or do you build on-demand?
Answer: Typically within 24 hours – and, yes, we really do stock! Most orders received early in the morning will be shipped that day. Our stated policy is to ship within 72 hours to account for weather delays, traffic delays, etc.
