- Standard has a 10.4mm spine
- Standard Cases are 5.5 inches tall by 4.875 inches wide with 0.375 inch spine.
- Slim Cases are 5.5 inches tall by 4.875 inches wide with 0.1875 inch spine.
- Slim Cases available with clear or black trays
