Sales Account Manager Wanted

Position Description:
- Provide and design packaging solutions to customers. Sell products to wholesalers, manufacturers, businesses or groups of individuals; develop existing market and grow new markets. Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong customer relations.
- Provide creative packing solutions to customers.
- Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders.
- Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms.
- Understand company capabilities and services. Effectively communicate value to the client.
- Participate in the evaluation of marketing opportunities for products and services.
- Assist in the determination of which new or existing products and services should be presented to clients.
- Assist in the development of the relationship with current and prospective clientele.
- Recommend products to customers, based on customers needs and interests.
- Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
- Consult with clients after sales or contract signings in order to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
- Provide drawings, estimates, and bids that meet specific customer needs.
- Provide customers with product samples and catalogs.
- Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences.
- Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales.
- Work closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project.
- Ensure that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable.
- Verifying all data and contact information is included in the CRM database (Salesforce.com).
- Communicates the client's goals and represent the client's interests to the team.
- Provide regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.
- Any other tasks assigned by the National Sales Manager.
Knowledge/Education
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) with 3 to 5 years' sales experience required.
- A bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
- Must be effective in all aspects of sales and account maintenance.
- A proven track record of industry experience and outstanding sales achievement.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com is preferred.
- Self-starter who takes ownership, thinks out of the box, and solves problems.
- Vacuum Forming experience preferred.
